Green coffee beans are highly sensitive and prone to adsorption and desorption.
Their hygroscopic nature also means that they easily absorb moisture and odours from their surroundings.
Avocado & Oil
No.
Avocados fruits for export are picked from the tree when mature and firm (preclimacteric stage).
Mature avocado fruits will ripen appropriately while fruits picked too early (immature) will have their skin looking choppy and take much longer to ripen which compromises quality.
We pack our avocado fruits in single layers in branded cartons the palletized and put in a 40ft refrigerated container (reefer) with fresh air supply or controlled atmosphere.
Avocado oil is versatile and has a higher smoke point, at 232° C, while olive oil has a smoke point of 190° C.
Alovado trades in 100% raw avocado oil for further processing by our customers in the food, nutraceutical and cosmetic industries.

Our oils are 100% natural, pressed directly from ripe avocado fruits.
